  1. To upgrade from a older version of CALENDAR, simple replace CAL.EXE      
  2.  
  3. In the registered versions, pressing "Fxx" will print out month xx
  4. (if you do not have an F11 and F12 key, Shift F1 & Shift F2 will
  5. print November and December, respectively).

  7.       Here are all the official calendar releases with revision list:

  9.  1/01/94   v1.3   - Today's date now flashes in yellow
  10.                   - Changed mailing address
  11.                   - Adjusted my registration program
  12.  5/25/92   v1.2   - *Registered* versions now allow individual months
  13.                     to be printed
  14.  5/14/92   v1.11  - Registered versions display "Thank-you" message,
  15.                     pauses, and clears screen.
  16.                   - Unregistered versions now print an unregistered
  17.                     message on printouts.
  18.                   - "Initializing Printer" message now appears before
  19.                     a printout -- on a Postscript printer with HP
  20.                     emulation, if it is in Postscript mode, it can
  21.                     take awhile before a printout begins.  Before,
  22.                     the status line went blank, and it looked like
  23.                     the program had locked-up.  This now erases all
  24.                     doubt of a "lock-up".
  25.                   - <ALT P> now prints instead of <SPACE>; there have
  26.                     been some complaints that the space bar is too
  27.                     easy to hit & a calendar may be accidently
  28.                     printed.
  29.                   - Fixed centering on printouts (off-line slightly).
  30.                   - Pressing <ESCAPE> at the end of the current year
  31.                     will allow the user to enter a new year.
  32.                   - Displays messages while waiting for response 
  33.                     on options screen.
  34.                   - Fixed printer bug; on an XT & 286, my error checking
  35.                     to see if the printer is on-line worked.  A different
  36.                     status code was returned on a 386 (I still have yet
  37.                     to test it under a 486), resulting in a DOS "Write
  38.                     Fault Error".  Fixed.

  40.  4/17/92   v1.1   - Calendars can now be printed (through PRN device)
  41.                   - Program will NOT run unless configuration file 
  42.                     is present.
  43.                   - No bugs were fixed simply because none have been
  44.                     reported.
